GrowBizx is built as one advisory layer over two delivery cores. The advisory layer works out what should happen. The delivery cores make it happen. Brand and growth work supports both.
The structure exists for one reason: most real business problems do not respect the boundary between “a technology problem” and “an operations problem,” and firms that specialise in one always hand the other back to you.

Every significant engagement starts here. We work out where the business actually is, where it is trying to get to, what is preventing the move, and what to do about it. Sometimes that produces a large programme. Sometimes it produces a recommendation to do very little, which is a legitimate outcome and one we are happy to reach.
