Core capability
Build what your business actually needs.
Software, products, systems, and the technology work that most businesses either postpone for years or hand to someone who disappears after go-live.
The problems we solve
Where this usually starts
- Two systems that should talk do not, so someone exports, cleans, and re-keys every day
- A spreadsheet three people depend on and one person understands
- A build that was supposed to take four months is in month fourteen
- Every quote is for a platform, when what you need is the specific thing between the platforms you already own
- A product idea nobody has tested and everybody has an opinion about
- Technology decisions being made without anybody representing the business

How we work on this
An engagement lead owns the relationship. A pod of the specialists the work actually requires does the work. You talk to the lead.
Development, testing, documentation, and code review are AI-assisted internally — that is how a small senior team holds more complexity than it otherwise could. A person remains accountable for everything that reaches you. AI-generated code is not automatically production-ready and is not treated as such.
Collective capability
This rarely finishes on its own
A technology problem is frequently a business problem wearing a technical costume. The reporting build that fails because nobody agreed what “revenue” means is a definitions problem. The integration that keeps breaking is a process problem. Having finance, operations, and advisory in the same room changes what gets built.
What changes
Outcomes
- Systems that reconcile without a person in the middle
- The application that did not exist off the shelf
- Reporting that is boring and reliable
- Technology decisions made with the business case visible
- Something that keeps working after go-live, because someone owns it
Frequently asked
Do you resell software?
No, and we take no vendor commissions. If we recommend a system it is because it won on your requirements.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one, in your environment. Handover is a deliverable, not a negotiation.
Will you tell us not to build something?
Regularly. The boring proven tool wins when it wins — including “no software at all, fix the process first.”
Can you work alongside our existing team or vendor?
Yes, and it is often the better structure. We take the parts they genuinely cannot and help them succeed on the rest.
Do you do AI projects?
We do AI where it beats the alternative on measurable value, and we say so plainly when it does not. If deterministic software is safer, we build deterministic software.
Have an important problem to solve?
Tell us what you're trying to achieve. We'll determine whether GrowBizx is the right team to help — and if we're not, we'll usually know who is.
