Proof

Work, evidence, and the people behind it

We would rather show you what we have done than tell you what we are like.

Case studies

Work we have done

Founder input required — Case study cards. Ship whatever is real and permitted, and nothing else. Each follows the fixed structure below. Anonymised is fine — “a ₹90 Cr engineering business” carries nearly the weight of a name. What cannot be anonymised is the outcome: a case study without a real result is a capability claim wearing a case study’s clothes.

Every study follows this structure

  1. 01ContextWho the client was — sector, scale, situation.
  2. 02ChallengeWhat problem existed. What it was costing.
  3. 03DiagnosisWhat we identified, including anything that differed from the presenting problem.
  4. 04InterventionWhat we actually did. Specific, not a deliverables list.
  5. 05CapabilityWhich disciplines and which people were involved.
  6. 06ExecutionHow the work was delivered.
  7. 07OutcomeWhat changed, with at least one real result.
  8. 08Client perspectiveTheir words.
If an outcome is qualitative, we say so. A revenue percentage we cannot defensibly attribute to our work will not appear here.

Clients

Businesses that trust us

Founder input required — Client logos with explicit display permission, recorded with a date and who granted it.

Where confidentiality prevents us naming a client, we do not imply the relationship in another form.

Expertise

The people you will work with

The people who do GrowBizx work are independent senior specialists — qualified, experienced, established in their own right — who work with GrowBizx rather than for it.

There is a reason it is built this way. The conventional firm sells you a partner and delivers with graduates. Here, the person who understands your problem is the person doing the work, because there is no junior layer to hand it down to.

What you do not inherit is the coordination burden that usually comes with independent specialists. That is our job.

Founder input required — Per person: name · discipline · credentials and certifications · years of relevant experience · previous experience · areas of expertise · selected work · photograph. One photographic treatment for everybody — same background, lighting, and crop, one session. Person schema uses affiliation, never worksFor.

How we choose

Character first, and we are not flexible about it

We would rather work with someone excellent at their craft and better in how they conduct themselves than with someone technically exceptional who damages trust. A person who creates politics, hides mistakes, or treats people poorly does more harm than their capability repairs.

Work can be improved. Character is harder to fix.
